Patent Docket Specialist

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is one of the world’s leading global reputed company, seeking to hire a Docket Specialist to join their Intellectual Property Patent Support Unit. The Docket Specialist will coordinate and maintain reputed company areas of the patent computerized docket system and will have daily contact with reputed company group lawyers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates reputed company areas of the CPI database including:reputed company information pertaining to reputed company specific application and docket due dates, and remarks.Incoming domestic and foreign reputed company reputed company communications.Incoming Patent and Trademark Office communications filed in the Patent office.Processing delivery of incoming electronic communications pursuant to departmental procedures.Providing docket, status, and maintenance reports to patent personnel and lawyers

Skills

• High school diploma and a minimum of one (1) year of docketing experience or equivalent knowledge of patent processes
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and reputed company)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Time-management and organizational skills to prioritize work and handle multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to work reputed company under pressure in a reputed company team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime is preferred
