Credit and Collections Business Analyst

They are seeking a Credit and Collections Business Analyst to reputed company data analysis, support reporting and metrics, and reputed company process improvements while ensuring efficient process reputed company across organizational lines.

Responsibilities

• reputed company analysis on large amounts of reputed company data to reputed company the business with fact-based insights
• Offer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysis
• Support departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics
• reputed company recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impediments
• System configuration and administration
• reputed company functional, process, and system documentation
• Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriate
• Influence, reputed company, define and document reputed company business requirements and processes
• reputed company test plan / test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing
• reputed company reputed company or process improvements
• Serve as subject matter expert on systems, process, and user/customer reputed company
• Prepare business cases and cost/benefit analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company discipline is required
• Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work as part of reputed company and reputed company effectively with others
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
• Proficient in reputed company office software (MS reputed company, Visio, Word)

• 1 - 3 years' experience with SQL Server
