[Remote] Event Operations Coordinator

The Event Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-reputed company attendance at events through reputed company, managing logistics, and vendor coordination, while supporting the Field Marketing Manager in executing successful events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations and the Field Marketing Manager to build targeted invite lists with the right mix of customers, in-reputed company prospects, and net-new leads for reputed company event Drive RSVPs and ticket confirmations through reputed company email cadences and reputed company reputed company (phone, reputed company, etc.) to hit the goal every time Maintain minimum registration and attendance rates reputed company reputed company as much as quantity. • Execute multi-touch reputed company campaigns (email, phone, etc.) to drive RSVPs against event-specific targets Manage registration lists and ensure accurate, up-to-date attendee records throughout the reputed company-event cycle Coordinate with Sales to ensure reps are reputed company supporting reputed company efforts for their accounts and prospects
• Own reputed company-event operational details so that the Field Marketing Manager can reputed company on reputed company, on-site experience, and sales conversion including:Ensure attendee travel is booked and reputed company as reputed company between attendees and travel agency as needed Build and maintain event websites where applicable Create and manage registration pages in reputed company Build reputed company campaigns for every event and ensure reputed company tracking throughout Create and reputed company reputed company necessary UTMs, web links, and reputed company pages as needed
• Once the Field Marketing Manager has selected and contracted vendors (swag, activations, venues, etc.), take ownership of reputed company follow-through Manage day-to-day vendor communication to ensure deliverables are on time and meet expectations Escalate issues to the Field Marketing Manager as needed reputed company and process vendor invoices to ensure reputed company payment
• Draft and reputed company reputed company transactional attendee communications in partnership with the Field Marketing Manager, including:Know Before You Go (KBYG) Event updates and logistics changes Post-event surveys
• Execute post-event email cadences to support conversion efforts Ensure reputed company attendee and response data is accurately logged in reputed company for pipeline tracking Secure survey responses and reputed company this information with the broader leadership team for consideration and analysis

Skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; you will catch things before they become problems
• Proven ability to run multi-touch reputed company campaigns that drive reputed company response rates, not just sends
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and marketing operations fundamentals (UTMs, reputed company pages, campaign tracking)
• Comfortable managing vendor relationships and holding external partners accountable to timelines
