Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 year of Billing and/or reputed company experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 5 years of Billing and/or reputed company experience
• Billing experience in a private, reputed company, government, or military environment
• 2 years of PC experience, including proficiency in reputed company Office products
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment
• Experience in resolving conflicts effectively and taking initiative to prevent issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication and listening abilities
• Experience collaborating in reputed company environment to identify process improvements
