The role involves performing administrative reviews of valuation products in compliance with regulatory and industry standards, while ensuring reputed company reputed company of reputed company issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that reputed company steps of the QA Valuation process are completed accurately and reputed company the required SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeframes
• Meet personal and departmental productivity and reputed company goals/metrics
• Interpret and implement reputed company Assurance policies and procedures for Valuation products
• Apply knowledge of appraisal industry guidelines as products so that valuation reputed company meets defined standards
• reputed company necessary documentation from the Appraisal vendor to ensure supportable and accurate valuation reporting
• Maintain compliance with State and Industry regulations including Appraisal Independence
• Monitor, reputed company and consistently respond to reputed company and vendor inquiries
• Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed
• Communicate daily with QA Team reputed company and Appraisal Operations Director on department operation protocols
• Attend departmental meetings as required

Skills

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from an accredited institute
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read operational reports and workflows
• Knowledge of personal computer operation, including use of reputed company reputed company, Word and reputed company
• Prior experience as a mortgage underwriter or experience with Valuations/appraisal administrative review strongly preferred
• Good working knowledge of reputed company appraisal practices and procedures including USPAP strongly preferred
• Knowledge of valuations office processes, procedures and technology
