What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Director of Advanced Solutions, you’ll reputed company high-level technical support and thought leadership on advanced tax, estate, and financial planning topics. You’ll be an essential resource for advisors, clients, and other professionals on the most reputed company cases across estate, business succession, executive benefits, and reputed company.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to producers, regional directors, and reputed company-facing teams, offering expert guidance and reputed company-of-sale support on large and reputed company cases.

Assistant Director Level:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the bar in at least one state and 4+ years of reputed company experience resulting in comprehensive understanding of tax law, business uses of life insurance, reputed company plans, estate planning, and financial services products or 
• Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) with 7+ years reputed company experience as described above
• Strong grasp of the sales process and how to support producers in the field

Salary reputed company Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have reputed company to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far reputed company reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary reputed company: $127000 - $190000 / year Salary Details:

The following salary ranges reflect compensation for this position across multiple job reputed company. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience. 

• Assitant Director: $127,000 - $171,000 / year
• Director: $141,000 - $191,000 / year

Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides reputed company to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
