Position Details

• Role: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable  Clerk
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (reputed company business hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments and credit card transactions (ACH, reputed company, reputed company) in compliance with company policies
• Accurately reputed company transactions reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company classification of manufacturing overhead and raw material costs
• Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain AP aging reports and ensure reputed company reconciliation of invoices
• Verify approvals prior to issuing payments
• Support vendor reputed company and system transitions
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of accounts payable experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration

• Manufacturing or industrial reputed company experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
