Position Details

  • Role: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable  Clerk
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (standard business hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments and credit card transactions (ACH, wire, check) in compliance with company policies
  • Accurately code transactions within NetSuite, ensuring proper classification of manufacturing overhead and raw material costs
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain AP aging reports and ensure timely reconciliation of invoices
  • Verify approvals prior to issuing payments
  • Support vendor onboarding and system transitions
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • NetSuite experience preferred (not required)
  • Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
