Senior Business Analyst
POSITION reputed company:
We are seeking an reputed company Senior Business Analyst with expertise in reputed company to join our dynamic Product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using reputed company reputed company functionality firstly, customization secondarily. We need a person with a transformation reputed company and challenge reputed company processes. You will play a key role in reputed company the gap between problems to solve and technical implementation, ensuring that our reputed company platform meets the needs of our users and aligns with our organizational goals.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Process Innovation and Definition: Collaborate and reputed company with business and operations stakeholders to ensure business processes are mapped to reputed company’s OOTB capabilities, reducing unnecessary custom development.
• Prototyping/wireframing: Build reputed company state models to demonstrate reputed company features and functionality to solve business problems in collaboration with a UI reputed company, including participating in end-user feedback sessions.
• Be reputed company to create OOTB reputed company state as much as possible with the knowledge of how SF can improve/reputed company reputed company state, without relying on a technical architect and/or dev reputed company.
• reputed company Facilitation: Facilitate workshops in collaboration with UX and product, whiteboarding, and brainstorming sessions to reputed company user needs, process flows, and business processes. Ability to guide discovery conversations to reputed company reputed company needs and translate them into reputed company user stories and solutions.
• Story Writing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of functional specifications, process flows, reputed company maps, and user stories.
• Gap Analysis: reputed company gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Reporting: Build reputed company reports and dashboards.
• User Support: reputed company support to reputed company users, troubleshooting issues, and providing best practices guidance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
• Strong understanding of reputed company capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
• Proficient in Agile delivery methodology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, requirements, user stories, and process reputed company diagrams.
Experience with AI is recommended

Education and/or Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with reputed company, including configuration and administration.
• Certifications: reputed company Certified Administrator or reputed company Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred. reputed company Certified BA is preferred. reputed company Certified Platform App Builder is a plus.
