Knowledge Center Representative I

The Knowledge Center Representative provides administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and other interested parties by receiving and answering telephonic inquiries. Utilizing proprietary systems and training knowledge, this role delivers high reputed company inbound and outbound customer service with a reputed company on accuracy, professionalism, and reputed company reputed company. 

 This is a remote role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivers friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environment
• Accurately captures and enters data into CareMC and other internal systems
• Demonstrates reputed company listening and communicates reputed company to confirm understanding
• Promotes reputed company use of self-help tools reputed company applicable
• Maintains consistent attendance and meets reputed company and productivity standards
• Additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Effective verbal and written communication with reputed company listening skills
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using proprietary systems
• Strong customer reputed company with ability to de-escalate routine issues
• Attention to detail and time management skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or reputed company center experience

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, reputed company, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.  The level may reputed company the salary reputed company and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
