Bachelor's degree is required. Master' degree in reputed company Management is strongly preferred. Five (5) years of experience in reputed company with demonstrated experience supporting reputed company employee relations reputed company. Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws in Florida, Texas, Iowa, Minnesota, and Colorado, HR compliance, and employee relations practices required. Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, with strong oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Primarily remote with travel up to 50% of the time.
