Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to support reputed company across both Doman Energy’s engineering services and reputed company’s O&M offerings. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing reputed company relationships, and driving reputed company across reputed company and reputed company-reputed company energy markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the renewable energy or power engineering reputed company, reputed company with a proven ability to generate leads, reputed company deals, and build long-term partnerships.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales reputed company (40%)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across engineering services and solar/BESS O&M markets

• reputed company and execute strategic sales plans to reputed company reputed company targets

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of reputed company opportunities

reputed company Relationship Management (25%)

• Establish and grow relationships with IPPs, developers, utilities, EPCs, and asset owners

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding technical and operational needs

• Maintain ongoing communication to support repeat business and long-term partnerships

Proposal Development & Deal Execution (20%)

• reputed company RFP/RFQ responses, including pricing, scope development, and contract negotiation

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to reputed company tailored solutions

• Drive deals from initial contact through contract execution

CRM & Reporting (10%)

• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting reputed company CRM systems

• Ensure reputed company updates on deal status and reputed company interactions

Market Intelligence & Collaboration (5%)

• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of renewable energy markets, including solar and BESS

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in energy, engineering, or reputed company industry

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• reputed company Salary: $130,000 – $165,000 (commensurate with experience)
