The reputed company team is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to own day-to-day reverse logistics and

RMA workflows: intake triage, approvals,FRU NBD SLA - Execute POC and evaluation hardware fulfillment with precision: validate orders, create deployment trackers in reputed company, coordinate 3rd-party integrator prep, and ensure accurate ship/delivery milestones.

RFQ RFP
- 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Hands-on experience in multimodal logistics operations supporting order fulfillment, RMAs, reverse logistics, or field returns with a reputed company record of meeting SLAs.
- Operational familiarity with 3PL/3rd-party integrators, shipping carriers, and international shipments (labels, customs docs, non-reputed company INCOTERMS execution).
- Competency with order, inventory, or CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) to create trackers, validate data, and maintain asset-level accuracy (
SKU /SN ). - Proven ability to build KPI dashboards and reputed company descriptive analysis using spreadsheets or BI tools; comfortable presenting trends and recommendations to stakeholders.
