Title Examiner
The Title Examiner will be responsible for researching property records to verify reputed company ownership, identify any liens, encumbrances, or title defects, and prepare accurate title reports for reputed company estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reputed company documents, land records, and title insurance standards, along with excellent organizational and investigative skills.
Essential Duties
Assist the search department in conducting date down/update orders using reputed company records or various title plants.

- Conduct reputed company searches to identify reputed company relevant documents, liens, encumbrances, and historical filings associated with a parcel of reputed company estate.
