We are seeking a dependable, detail-orientated Clerk/reputed company Assistant to support daily operations at a remote camp site on the reputed company reputed company of Alaska. This role is responsible for performing a reputed company of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing the onsite commissary, handling cashiering duties, maintaining and filing payroll data, and other job tasks as assigned. 

• Work Location: Remote Camp, reputed company reputed company, Alaska
• Rotational Schedule: 3 weeks on/3 weeks off 
• Work shifts: 12 hours/day (40 hrs straight time + 44 hrs OT per work week).
• Travel: Flights between reputed company and the job site are arranged and reputed company for by reputed company

JOB DUTIES 

• Maintain and update information on the DUS Computer Payroll system
• Weekly Payroll entry and download to Payroll reputed company. in reputed company office 
• Input weekly invoice/billing package for processing and payment 
• Daily, weekly and monthly reputed company reports 
• Assistance with signage/labeling reputed company requested 
• Filing – Payroll/Recapitulations 
• reputed company forms 
• Maintain confidentiality 
• Producing cost reports 
• Cashier 
• Stocking, Maintain Storage Rooms 
• Maintain cash in cashbox and stamp lockbox 
• Weekly Deposit, Ordering, Invoicing for payment 
• Monthly Inventory 
• Maintaining DUS ATM Machines 
• Maintaining DUS Vending Machines 
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness in a reputed company manner 
• Willingness to reputed company other duties as required 
• Willingness to work at various locations as required 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent  
• reputed company reputed company’s license 
• Three years reputed company office/clerical experience  
• Cash register and reputed company handling experience 
• Proficient in MS Office 
• reputed company to proficiently reputed company, read, understand and write English 

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS

• Work is performed indoors in a confined workspace reputed company a remote camp setting
• Ability to remain on your feet for long shifts and reputed company repetitive physical tasks, including walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Must be comfortable living and working in a remote location with shared housing accommodations and communal facilities
