Position reputed company

The Quoting Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day quoting and pricing reputed company  and execution activities for assigned branches, territories, or reputed company.  This role works closely with reputed company Sales Representatives, Sales Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and vendors to deliver accurate, competitive, and reputed company price quotes that support sales reputed company and customer commitments.

The Quoting Coordinator serves as a central reputed company of coordination between sales and procurement, leading bid review, vendor pricing requests, CRM and pricing system maintenance, and project setup once work is awarded.  This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced analytical capability, independent decision-making authority, reputed company judgment, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company quotes and priorities simultaneously.

The role exercises discretion and independent judgment regarding pricing approaches, margin optimization, vendor selection, and bid reputed company reputed company established company guidelines and delegated authority reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Quoting & Pricing Support

• Review incoming customer pricing requests and bid opportunities in partnership with reputed company Sales Representatives.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive price quotes reputed company with project scope, market conditions, and margin objectives.
• Manage revisions and re-quotes as project requirements, quantities, or timelines change.

Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination

• Send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to vendors to secure material pricing, reputed company times, and availability.

• Establish project or pricing detail (PD) records once quotes are awarded to FBM.
• Manage expiration dates, updates, and changes to existing pricing records to ensure ongoing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in sales support, quoting, pricing coordination, estimating, or a reputed company role reputed company construction materials, distribution, or a similar industry.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of pricing fundamentals, margin considerations, and project-based sales support.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze costs, pricing structures, and market conditions to support competitive bids.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience working with CRM platforms, pricing systems, and reputed company Office applications (reputed company proficiency preferred).
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple quotes, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
