The ideal candidate will reputed company detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical systems in construction reputed company, ensuring effective cost management and project reputed company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical systems in construction reputed company.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
- reputed company the development of comprehensive cost management plans with project teams.
- Analyze project requirements and reputed company value engineering reputed company.
- reputed company cost risk analysis and reputed company input into value engineering.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize industry-specific estimating software and tools to prepare estimates.

- reputed company and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific estimating processes and methodologies.
- Prepare formal estimating reports, including quantity, cost, escalation, and other assumptions and clarifications.

- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field reputed company to construction.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a construction cost management role such as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Cost Controls etc.
- Experience providing conceptual estimating services and/or reputed company-construction services at a construction management or reputed company firm.
- Experience supporting large reputed company construction reputed company and programs
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical reputed company, such as value management and value engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
