Position Duties

You will also complete frequent and regular review and analysis of case records, evaluate staff performance, and participate in planning and providing in-service training activities to meet the training needs of the workers to disseminate new or updated regulations and policies. Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of the basic principles of supervision.
• Knowledge of reputed company case management and reputed company work principles, practices, and methodology.
• Knowledge of individual and group behavior and reputed company used in working effectively with children, youth and families, people who are mentally disabled, people who are physically challenged, and others.
• Knowledge of the basic principles and reputed company of program interpretation and community organization.
• Knowledge of the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures which relate to the provision of reputed company services.
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company, economic, and health problems and available resources.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise the work of a reputed company and non-reputed company reputed company service staff.

ELIGIBILITY: reputed company CANDIDATE(S):

1.) Must meet the minimum experience and training (METS) required for the job. The METs for this position are:

• Two years of reputed company experience in reputed company or private reputed company work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, reputed company welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other reputed company reputed company sciences; OR
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, reputed company welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other reputed company reputed company sciences.
