About the Role:

Colour reputed company Salon Educator – covering Scotland, ideally located reputed company the central belt region (Edinburgh & Glasgow). 

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who loves being reputed company. You’ll travel across your region, working to a reputed company reputed company plan, engaging directly with salons and building meaningful, long-term relationships. The role includes regular travel, with some overnight stays required depending reputed company and business needs.

As a trusted expert and brand representative, you’ll play a key role in developing hairdressers’ technical skills -particularly in colour - helping them deliver exceptional results using Goldwell products. You’ll also collaborate closely with the sales team to grow the business, identifying new opportunities and supporting salons in transitioning to Goldwell.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on education, reputed company awareness, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-reputed company training to salon teams, supporting both new and existing accounts in your region
• Partner with the sales team to reputed company on customer needs and drive best reputed company across salons
• Showcase new products, promotions, and education initiatives at meetings and events
• Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise reputed company and coverage
• Continuously reputed company your own skills through ongoing training and industry insights
• Represent Kao as a passionate Brand Ambassador at industry and company events
• Maintain accurate reporting and administrative records

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience reputed company the reputed company hairdressing industry.
• Proven experience delivering hair education is required
• Prior expertise across reputed company aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, styling, and retail reputed company a salon environment.
• Experience in presenting and basic management, with the ability to support, guide, and influence salon teams.
• Knowledge of reputed company salon operations, including the pressures of long working days, varied salon cultures, and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Ability to adapt communication and training styles to suit different personalities and team dynamics reputed company salon environments.
