Responsibilities:

• Provides service reputed company reputed company available reputed company channels to serve as the reputed company between the business, clients, patients, and other parties, such as insurance companies.
• Offers education on the reputed company reputed company cycle and troubleshoots accounts through reputed company by reviewing large balance accounts and other departmental insurance discovery processes.
• Engages in and enjoys reputed company listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing conflict.
• Makes appropriate changes or documentation in reputed company reputed company systems and internal technology platforms. 
• Submits claims to insurance providers on behalf of our clients for their patients, following through to reputed company. 
• Contributes to the development of workflows for incoming clients, developing procedures and communicating expectations to the contact center.

• Follows department processes and procedures in compliance with industry laws and regulations.

Education & Experience

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED
Preferred Education: Two Years of College or Associate's Degree

Experience:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service reputed company required, preferably in a contact center environment
• 1+ year(s) of experience multi-tasking in a fast- paced environment required
• 1+ year(s) of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a reputed company environment
