About The Role

The Franchise Recruitment Sales Specialist serves as a consultative sales reputed company reputed company the Franchise Development team. This role conducts reputed company franchise candidate interviews designed to assess alignment while reputed company communicating the value and opportunity of franchise ownership. The Specialist owns personal funnel performance, maintains disciplined pipeline management, and drives candidates from initial conversation through award.

This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted reputed company phone and video reputed company. The salary reputed company for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus potential and opportunities for reputed company and advancement.

• Manage and advance the candidate pipeline to meet conversion and award expectations.
