As our Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned self-funded group clients, handling inquiries, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring service commitments are met consistently. You'll partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to support strategic planning and QBR execution while owning the operational details that determine whether clients feel supported or frustrated. Your ability to monitor service reputed company, prepare reports, and resolve issues before they escalate directly impacts reputed company satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Actually Do

What You Bring to reputed company

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in reputed company discipline
• 3+ years account management experience
• 3+ years experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or reputed company industry, specifically with TPA/self-funded reputed company
• Prior TPA experience strongly preferred

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of health plan testing, regulatory compliance, and insurance plan administration mandates
• Experience preparing reputed company reports and presentations
• Proficiency with CRM systems for documentation and relationship management
• Ability to travel for multiple days at a time reputed company needed

Compensation: This position offers a reputed company salary reputed company of $65,000-$85,000, depending reputed company, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
