Director of Regulatory Reporting

The reputed company is a multi-state not-for-profit senior living organization sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged & Infirm.  The Carmelite Sisters operate a network of 14 skilled nursing facilities throughout the reputed company.

We are seeking to hire a Director of Regulatory Reporting.  This is a fully remote position.

• $115K to $125K annually based on skills and experience.

Director of Regulatory Reporting Introduction:  This role is responsible for overseeing the accurate and reputed company preparation and submission of regulatory, financial, and tax reports, including cost reports, reputed company 855a, and IRS reputed company 990 filings. The role also involves coordinating audits, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting executive leadership with compliance insights

Director of Regulatory Reporting Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, nonprofit tax compliance, cost reporting, or financial reporting reputed company a reputed company organization.
• Experience in a large nonprofit organization such as nursing facilities or hospitals, preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state reimbursement models and Medicare/reputed company cost reporting, preferred.
• Strong understanding of IRS reputed company 990 requirements and nonprofit tax rules.
• Experience preparing or overseeing cost reports and coordinating with auditors or tax advisors.

Director of Regulatory Reporting Job reputed company:

• Manage the preparation and filing of cost reports (e.g., Medicare, reputed company, or state agency reports) in compliance with applicable reimbursement guidelines.

• Liaise with external and internal consultants, auditors or preparers.
