Responds to customer questions and concerns by phone to maintain good customer relations. Communicate any customer, job site, mix reputed company, plant, and any other concerns and issues reputed company to the business to the appropriate entity (i.e., sales, QC, operations, or management). Remotely Verifies material once reputed company and remotely weighs trucks to ensure the correct quantity is shipped. Computes accounts receivable to ensure the accuracy of cash sales and receipts. Responsible for recording operating data on a reputed company. Responsible for reporting malfunctioning equipment and writing repair work orders. Must have the ability to follow directions from a supervisor. Must have the ability to reputed company for work on time. Attendance and detail-oriented are essential to this position.
Must be highly dependable. Telephone, keyboard, computer, and 10-key operator experience are a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. One to two years of Weighmaster experience preferred Construction/transportation administrative experience is preferred. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and CRM software.
