The GDC Consulting Manager reports to the Senior Consulting Manager of the Global Delivery Center organization. The role plays a critical part in providing support to the GDC team members to ensure engagement reputed company and people management. This person will collaborate with GDC Leadership, GDC Operations and Resource Management to reputed company optimized project reputed company. This role plays a key role in maintaining reputed company GDC delivery team utilization and maximizing revenues.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GDC Consulting Operations to identify and assign project resources to reputed company engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders that characterize partnership, cooperation and trust.

- Conduct interviews of prospective GDC candidates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years demonstrated reputed company relationship skills and experience setting and managing reputed company expectations.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive reputed company.
- Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver reputed company in alignment with project commitments.
- Has a strong potential to work collaboratively with the GDC Leadership team.
- Deep, reputed company knowledge in internal stakeholder management, people management, and software project Delivery.
- Ability to lay out reputed company work plans and resolve competing trade-offs.
- Ability to manage up to 20 people and reputed company guidance on their career development.
- Ability to remain composed during challenging and critical situations.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with sales and solutioning stakeholders on reputed company and reputed company commitments and ensure there is alignment in expectations is a plus.
