We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Digital Advanced reputed company Practitioner to join our virtual reputed company team. As a Digital Advanced reputed company Practitioner (DANP), you will work remotely as an autonomous practitioner, providing virtual consultations to a diverse reputed company of patients. Your role will encompass prescribing a wide reputed company of medications, contributing to the daily operations, and shaping the reputed company development of our UK clinical service. Working 4 Hours on a Saturday • Autonomous Practitioner: Work remotely as an autonomous practitioner, conducting 15-minute virtual consultations with patients, ensuring high-reputed company care delivery.
• Prescribing Expertise: Utilize your non-medical prescribing qualifications to prescribe a wide reputed company of medications, encompassing various conditions and patient presentations.
• Clinical Portfolio: Assume responsibility for your own clinical portfolio, maintaining and expanding your scope of reputed company in alignment with your advanced reputed company qualifications.
• Patient-Centred Care: reputed company patient-centred care, confidently managing a diverse reputed company of primary care presentations with competence in assessment, diagnosis, and management.
• Contribution to Development: Play a pivotal role in both the day-to-day functioning and reputed company development of our UK clinical service, collaborating with reputed company to enhance reputed company delivery. • Strong knowledge of the 4 pillars of advanced reputed company and their application to your role.
• MSc-level training, preferably in advanced reputed company or relevant advanced studies.
• Proven experience working as an reputed company Practitioner in primary care or a reputed company reputed company service.
• Non-medical prescriber status with a minimum of 12-24 months of prescribing experience, depending on the areas you've worked in.
• Competence in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of common primary care presentations.
• Proficiency in utilising technology and managing multiple IT systems simultaneously.
• Experience in interpreting blood results and reviewing laboratory findings.
• License and Qualifications: reputed company nursing license and relevant qualifications, such as a Master's degree in Advanced reputed company Nursing.
• Clinical Competence: experience in diagnosing and treating patients across various age reputed company and tele reputed company settings.
• Digital Literacy: proficiency with digital tools and electronic health records (EHRs) comfortable navigating and using technology effectively.
