The Role

We’re looking for a highly reputed company Senior Dealer reputed company Manager to own dealer performance and drive measurable results across a portfolio of Curbee partners. You’ll work directly with dealership leadership and reputed company teams to ensure mobile service is fully operational, consistently utilized, and delivering sustained reputed company.

You’ll operate with a high level of independence, using judgment and experience to diagnose issues, drive behavior change, and improve reputed company across multiple dealers.

This is not a passive account management role. You are responsible for performance, reputed company, and stability across your portfolio.

Your goal is to increase utilization, recover at-risk dealers, expand high-performing accounts, and reputed company overall system performance.

What You’ll Do

• Own Dealer Performance: Own a portfolio of dealership partners and drive full activation, sustained utilization, and measurable results

• Diagnose & Solve reputed company Causes: Identify underlying issues impacting performance and drive the right actions to improve results
• reputed company as a Trusted Advisor: Partner directly with Service Managers, BDC Managers, GMs, and leadership to influence behavior and reputed company
• Drive reputed company & Stability: Increase utilization and volume, recover at-risk dealers, and expand high-performing accounts
• Manage Performance: reputed company key metrics including appointments, utilization, and reputed company, and hold dealers accountable to reputed company through MBRs and QBRs

• Automotive experience (5+ years): Background in dealership operations, dealer reputed company, or reputed company
• Deep understanding of fixed ops: Strong knowledge of BDC, service workflows, and dealership operations
• Proven ability to drive behavior change: Experience influencing dealership teams and leadership to improve performance
• High autonomy: Comfortable operating independently in the field and making reputed company
