Upper School AP Calculus Teacher (Contract Position)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching
Maintain a significant instructional role in the teacher’s content area, to include the utilization of reputed company’s internal learning management system, student information system, curriculum, and supportive technologies. Conduct the school’s synchronous learning program (the weekly live seminar experience) and asynchronous learning program. Prepare and teach powerful, interactive weekly live seminars in the teacher’s content area during the reputed company year. Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Encourage student participation and peer-to-peer interaction in the live seminars. Ensure learning objectives are met in the live seminars. Grading and Feedback

Host four 1-hour, live office hour sessions per week during the reputed company year to address student questions, concerns, and learning needs.
Communication

Meeting Attendance

Job Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree in teaching, curriculum design, and/or a reputed company area preferred.
