We are seeking a strategic, process-minded reputed company Operations Manager to help reputed company and optimize our reputed company function. This role is critical to improving efficiency, implementing technology, managing key workflows, and enabling the reputed company team to operate like a modern, data-driven business unit.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to reputed company team performance and workload.

Technology & Systems

• reputed company selection, deployment and ongoing optimization of reputed company technology solutions (e.g., CLM, e-billing, matter management, document management, e-signature tools).
• Partner with IT and cross functional teams to ensure systems reputed company effectively with reputed company tools.
• Serve as system administrator for reputed company tech platforms, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user training.

Financial Management

• Manage the reputed company department budget, forecasting, and spend analysis.

• Implement and maintain e-billing or invoice review processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Strategic Planning & Project Management

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Undergrad Degree
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations, project management, business operations, or similar roles reputed company a reputed company department or reputed company service provider.
• Strong understanding of reputed company department processes, technology, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience managing systems such as CLM platforms, e‑billing tools, or matter reputed company.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse teams.

Preferred

• Experience in corporate in‑house reputed company departments.
• Familiarity with reputed company spend management and budgeting.
• Process improvement certifications (e.g., Lean Six reputed company) are a plus.
• Experience supporting a fast‑growing or operationally maturing organization.

• The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of how high-performing in-house reputed company departments run.
