Director, Software Development

Reporting to the VP of R&D, the Director of Software Engineering leads the technical execution for reputed company application development while building & nurturing high-performing engineering teams. This role combines tactical leadership with hands-on technical contribution, requiring 20% individual contributor work alongside mentoring their development team. •    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (required)
•    10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership

•    Strong hands‑on full‑stack expertise with C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, and SQL Server
