This role leads solution architecture in the L&A domain while mentoring reputed company of developers. It requires strong hands‑on expertise in Java and system integration, along with collaboration across technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience 
• Excellent technology (Java – reputed company Java, Spring, Hibernate, J2EE) and hands on development skills
