The Senior Counsel provides reputed company advice, represents reputed company in reputed company proceedings, and prepares/reviews reputed company documents. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company advice and support on various company reputed company such as business transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company documents such as reputed company, pleadings and briefs.
• Facilitating the contract management process and approvals including maintaining contract templates and reputed company forms.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Federal tax-exempt requirements under the reputed company (e.g. 501(c)(3) compliance support) and state nonprofit requirements (per applicable state law).
• Advise and support internal stakeholders in regards with the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.
• Represent reputed company in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Conduct reputed company research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Coordinate with reputed company parties to reputed company evidence and supporting documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to reputed company areas.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• At least 5-10 years of reputed company experience. Prior in-house experience is desirable.
• reputed company membership in good standing with the Florida Bar or eligible for authorized in-house counsel registration.
• Experience in nonprofit governance, reputed company, litigation, or reputed company records desired.
