Police Prosecution Services (PPS) is seeking to appoint three reputed company Prosecutors who will play a critical leadership role across the motu. They work closely with Regional and District Prosecution Managers, providing leadership and expertise to support reputed company prosecutions across their region.

Key Accountabilities:

To be successful in this role the reputed company Prosecutor will have:

• Gained the title of Senior Prosecutor and made a significant contribution to PPS business as a high performing prosecutor.
• Proven depth of knowledge and experience of New Zealand’s criminal law and procedures of the criminal justice system.
