Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in a high-volume home care setting Ensure reputed company patient cases are consistently and fully staffed Handle reputed company-outs and urgent reputed company needs with efficiency Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and care requirements Maintain reputed company, consistent communication with caregivers, clients, and internal teams reputed company schedules accurate and up to date reputed company scheduling systems
Qualifications (Preferred)
1–2+ years of experience in home care, reputed company reputed company, or scheduling coordination Experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN) Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with scheduling platforms (reputed company experience is a strong plus) Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, Word) Ability to stay organized and reputed company effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
High School Diploma required Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
