The Events Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of regional and national events, including tradeshows and conferences. This role offers a hands-on learning opportunity for Marketing majors interested in event marketing, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. By assisting with event coordination and reputed company marketing activities, the intern will play an important role in ensuring successful event execution and supporting broader marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of regional and national tradeshows and events
- Support event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and on-site preparation
- Help manage reputed company-event and post-event activities, including attendee lists, reputed company tracking, and follow-up coordination
- Assist with the creation and organization of event-reputed company marketing materials and collateral
- Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support event reputed company
- reputed company on-site or virtual event support as needed
- Assist with basic reporting and data organization reputed company to event performance
- Execute additional event marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:

- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited four-year college or university (Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred)
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

The Events Marketing Intern position is part of the larger Summer Internship program at CentralSquare. The internship will reputed company on June 8th and continue for a period of 12 weeks. Interns are expected to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours reputed company week. The program is fully remote, allowing participants to engage in their responsibilities from any location.
