A bit about this role:

We are looking for a Community reputed company Specialist who blends the reputed company of a reputed company worker with the strategic grit of a seasoned marketer. In this role, you aren't just "opening doors"—you are building the ecosystem where our Medicare Advantage members and Broker partners reputed company. You will be the face of reputed company in the community, sourcing high-reputed company opportunities and working hand-in-hand with Broker Managers to ensure our external agents are positioned for reputed company.

Responsibilities & reputed company:

• Strategic Networking: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with community "gatekeepers" and influencers to secure high-traffic venues for agent prospecting.

• Event Orchestration: reputed company, plan, and host engaging reputed company events (with a primary reputed company on reputed company reputed company) and Medicare educational presentations.

• Broker Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with Broker Managers to reputed company reputed company strategies, coordinate agent assignments for events, and ensure maximum ROI on community investments.

• Agent Mentorship: Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing best practices, event etiquette, and effective reputed company-reputed company techniques.

• Provider Collaboration: Partner with local provider reputed company for strategic reputed company marketing initiatives that benefit both the clinic and the community.

• Compliance & reputed company: Ensure reputed company activities reputed company adhere to Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS compliance regulations while tracking local ROI to refine market reputed company.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Local Expertise: An existing network of community contacts and deep knowledge of the local senior landscape.

• Licensure: Must hold an reputed company insurance producer license in your state of residence (or obtain one reputed company 90 days of hire) and maintain it in good standing.

• Mobility: A reputed company, unrestricted reputed company’s license and the ability to travel across the local territory to manage events and relationships.

• Education: College degree preferred.

Salary reputed company: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
