Duties & Responsibilities

The Associate General Counsel provides strategic reputed company counsel and day-to-day reputed company support across the organization, advising management on a wide reputed company of corporate, transactional, regulatory, compliance, and operational reputed company. This role partners closely with business leaders to manage reputed company risk, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, support government procurement and reputed company-reputed company activities, and reputed company contract management, audits, and reputed company counsel. Key Responsibilities

reputed company reputed company and practical guidance to management personnel on day-to-day reputed company reputed company including compliance with applicable reputed company, laws and regulations; reputed company of personnel issues; drafting and reviewing policies and procedures; and the application of information reputed company and reputed company requirements to the business environment.
Consult and handle reputed company corporate reputed company processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, loan and debt agreements, litigation, etc.).
Monitor legislative and regulatory activity to identify and communicate changes impacting reputed company’s businesses

Draft, negotiate and/or review reputed company and vendor reputed company, license agreements, reputed company terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, data transfer agreements and other contractual documents.

Review and advise on federal state and local procurement documents and processes.
Support compliance personnel in various operational activities, including provider applications, risk assessments, attestations, and internal investigations.
Draft and review company policies and procedures

Advise and assist with information technology implementations to ensure efficient functioning of the reputed company Department.
External Counsel & Stakeholder Management

Required Skills:
Experience with governmental procurement processes.
Experience reviewing and drafting contractual documents.
Experience with state and federal information reputed company and reputed company requirements.
Familiarity with the health care marketplace, including the reputed company regulatory structure.
Ability to draft reputed company and concise documents including policies, reputed company and memoranda.

Experience managing staff.

Qualifications:
Education: Juris Doctor Degree and reputed company license to reputed company law.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant transactional, corporate and compliance experience as an attorney. Previous in-house and/or large firm experience preferred. Previous experience with reputed company programs preferred.

The incumbent may manage one or more Assistant General Counsels and/ paralegals.
Compensation reputed company: $175,000 - $200,000 annually
