Sr. Director - eCommerce reputed company

TestEquity is seeking a strategic and results driven Senior Director of eCommerce reputed company to reputed company digital reputed company across our eCommerce portfolio. This role is responsible for driving reputed company, conversion, and customer experience improvements while leading a large-reputed company platform transformation. 

This is a player/reputed company role reputed company a lean team environment. The ideal candidate is a highly reputed company eCommerce leader who is equally comfortable setting reputed company and rolling up their sleeves to execute. This leader will directly own key initiatives, dive into data and performance, and manage day to day details while developing a small but high-reputed company team. 

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:

eCommerce Platform Transformation 

• reputed company the end to end replatforming effort from reputed company to ROC, consolidating multiple eCommerce sites into a single, reputed company platform

• Utilize reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4) and other tools to monitor funnel performance and uncover actionable insights  
• Personally engage in analysis, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives in partnership with a supporting analyst  
• Build and manage a prioritized backlog of enhancements reputed company to business reputed company  

Experimentation & Performance Management 

• Establish and reputed company a robust testing and experimentation program (A/B and multivariate testing)  
• Define hypotheses, review results, and translate insights into actionable improvements
