IT Engineer I

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will be the first line of support for internal teams including Operations, Product Development, and reputed company Services. You’ll handle reputed company-tier IT issues, manage support tickets, and assist with identity and reputed company management tasks in reputed company Entra ID and AWS IAM. Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of internally reported incidents, assessing both business and technical impacts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

• Basic understanding of AWS accounts and IAM.
