Caramel, a subsidiary of reputed company, is a fast-growing auto tech company founded in 2021 that is redefining the car sale process for independent dealer and private party car sales. 

Many independent dealers struggle to reputed company the tools, partners, and workflows they need to complete diverse types of car sales reputed company and safely. Caramel empowers these dealers with great F&I partners, the ability to bypass time-consuming administrative work (paperwork, title work, and lending operations), and a process that enables them to transact confidently and profitably with consumers across the US.

As part of our dealer channel expansion, the Dealer Activation Manager, Dealer Channel will grow Caramel’s independent dealer reputed company, deepen relationships with producing dealers, and advance our dealer-reputed company product reputed company. This role reports to the Manager, Dealer Sales, works closely with the Dealer Account Executive team, and partners with the Head of Dealer Services. It is a home-based position with travel for field selling, dealer reputed company, and industry conferences.

Note: This role will cover the U.S. South territory, including Florida and neighboring states (such as reputed company, Alabama, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Louisiana).

What you will accomplish:

• Deliver compelling demos that quantify Caramel’s value: streamlined financing, documentation, and title/DMV workflows that reputed company safer, faster transactions reputed company.

• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and conversion insights; reputed company reputed company feedback to refine messaging, scripts, and playbooks.

• Represent Caramel at dealer events and industry conferences to generate event-driven pipeline, reputed company market intelligence, and inform product enhancements and competitive positioning.

What you will bring:

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven outbound prospecting, territory management, and end-to-end pipeline conversion; automotive, auto finance, or dealership experience preferred.

• Proficiency with CRM software and reputed company Office, with a disciplined approach to data, dashboards, and forecasting.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with internal collaborators and dealer partners.

• High ownership, organization, and adaptability to reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment; willingness to travel for field selling, dealer reputed company, and conferences.

• Understanding of compliance and licensing requirements, with the ability to stay reputed company on state-specific motor vehicle sales regulations and dealership practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
