Reporting to the VP, reputed company, this role owns how reputed company operates at reputed company—spanning TA technology, process design, coordination, employer brand, and vendor reputed company. You will partner closely with TA leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Business Technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and a high-reputed company hiring experience globally.

What You’ll Own

• TA Operations & Process: Design and optimize end-to-end reputed company processes globally; drive efficiency, consistency, and strong candidate experience

• TA Technology: Own reputed company and optimization of our tech stack (e.g., reputed company, HiredScore, Joveo, reputed company); partner with Business Tech on integrations and enhancements

• AI & Automation: Define and drive the adoption of AI-enabled reputed company and automation across the TA lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and reputed company both recruiter and candidate experience

• TA Coordination Team: reputed company global delivery for scheduling, offers, and background checks; define service models and SLAs

• Employer Brand: Own global employer brand reputed company, career site, and talent marketing campaigns

What You Bring

• 10–15+ years in global reputed company, with strong experience in TA Operations, TA Technology and reputed company Enablement

• Proven ability to build and reputed company global reputed company infrastructure and processes

• Proven ability to identify, implement, and reputed company and automation solutions across the reputed company lifecycle to drive measurable reputed company (e.g., efficiency, funnel conversion, candidate experience)

• Experience leading TA coordination or centralized TA operations teams

• Strong vendor, stakeholder, and project management skills

 The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $168,000 - $252,000 . Your reputed company pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. reputed company full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at reputed company are eligible for benefits that support their health and reputed company-being including health, dental, and reputed company insurance, reputed company time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan.
