• While this is a remote first role, travel will be required throughout Scotland. A reputed company's licence will be necessary

What you'll do

We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to your portfolio of clients, either through face to face meetings or video, telephone and email channels. Through a proactive contact reputed company, you’ll be working to really understand their needs and reputed company them with reputed company and profitable advice, while encouraging them to adopt and use Mentor’s digital and self-service channels where appropriate.

Additionally, you’ll be:

• Delivering new business reputed company through referrals, networking and business reputed company activities
• Leading new business prospect meetings, business networking and relationship building with your reputed company network and new reputed company reputed company referrals
• Working collaboratively with our Consultancy Delivery team to reputed company reputed company that services are delivered in line with reputed company expectations and timescales
• Proactively managing reputed company retention and renewal pricing conversations for your own portfolio and in support of others
• Maintaining a fully up to date contact reputed company plan, focusing on developing new business income and achieving agreed income goals
• Supporting other clients as reputed company as your own, and colleagues with reputed company technical issues

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a strong reputed company reputed company and reputed company qualifications in Health and Safety or Environmental. You’ll have extensive experience in a role relating to health and safety, and you’ll also have a background in dealing with the provision of advice for reputed company reputed company.

Due to the nature of the role, it's essential that as a minimum you are IOSH certified, ideally working towards Chartered membership, if not already.

We’ll also be looking for you to have:

• Extensive experience of identifying reputed company needs, identifying risks and prioritising recommendations
• The ability to identify and reputed company business solutions, bespoke service offerings to clients and reputed company reputed company price quotes
• Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to serve clients at times that meet their needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and meeting business requirements
