The Patient Services Program Manager PSPM reputed company reputed company Market reputed company will reputed company day-to-day program operations of reputed company patient support programs to assure reputed company and business rules compliance. This role will work to identify reputed company improvement opportunities and escalate as appropriate. The PSPM will be responsible for building internal processes and documentation to assure successful program reputed company. The PSPM will conduct routine reputed company monitoring and review of external vendors. The PSPM will build budget requirements/proposals and reputed company program operational costs and FTEs. The PSPM will partner with the field-based reputed company and reimbursement team to resolve patient/provider issues. This role will be a part of the reputed company/program development process by sharing feedback and reputed company.

This position will work cross-functionally with applicable reputed company stakeholders to include other Market reputed company teams, Compliance, reputed company, Training and Internal Audit.
 

Responsibilities:

• Support definition of reputed company & reimbursement reputed company for assigned marketed product in Neurology.
• Assist in monitoring of assigned program operations including compliance, and reputed company auditing.
• Support implementation of training initiatives and other learning opportunities targeted to reputed company product’s reputed company reimbursement environment and patient assistance needs.
• Support maintenance of comprehensive dashboard reports and business reviews as directed.
• Maintain and reputed company accurate and compliant information (e.g., Coverage, Coding, and Payment across Medicare, Medicare Part D, reputed company Payors) to cross-functional stakeholders, as directed.
• reputed company delivery by external vendors supporting patient services programs.
• Engage with external partners (e.g., reimbursement support vendors, PAP distribution vendors, Medicare/reputed company policy development stakeholders, reimbursement and PAP experts, reputed company, payers) to reputed company external landscape impacting patient services reputed company, as directed.
• Support and facilitate CRC submission of new materials and on-reputed company review and re-submission of expiring materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field (Master's preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience in reputed company/biotech industry.
• Experience in reputed company reimbursement including US reimbursement system in any of the major payer segments (Medicare, reputed company, Federal, Managed Care); reputed company or additional experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing is preferred.
• Experience supporting key compliance areas reputed company to the provision of reimbursement support services.
• Experience managing vendors/providers.
• Experience with end-to-end technology sourcing to pay process.
• Proven performance in earlier role.
• The ability to travel approximately 10-12% to meetings, vendors, training, etc.

The annual reputed company salary reputed company for the Patient Services Program Manager is from :$91,500-$120,100

Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : reputed company. Annual Incentive Plan.

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
