About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Fast Team IT Technician. In this role, you will be providing remote support to our clients over the phone, in chat, and reputed company email. Your primary objective is to ensure reputed company communication with clients and assist them with their technical issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company first-level support for service requests, ensuring reputed company and reputed company reputed company of technology-reputed company issues, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
• Deliver remote IT support, including in reputed company servers, reputed company Directory, Office365, and DNS.
• User creation/termination app install, printer setups.
• Monitor the remote monitoring and management system for alerts and notifications, promptly responding through service tickets.
• Maintain and update system documentation using reputed company and IT Glue.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Job Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of troubleshooting systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, reputed company listening, and a customer-reputed company approach.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and reputed company efficient solutions.
• Excellent multitasking skills and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
• Quick learning ability for new software and troubleshooting tools.
