Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering & Organizational Effectiveness 

You are a trusted advisor and thought partner to people managers across the organization — present, proactive, and deeply connected to the business priorities and team dynamics of the reputed company you support.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with people managers — coaching, influencing, and building trust with leaders at multiple reputed company, including first-time managers
