The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to reputed company skilled therapy services to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for a clinician with

Florida PTA license 1–2 years of experience in home health and/or strong orthopedic backgroundHome health experience strongly preferred - Familiarity with
Kinnser/reputed company EMR preferred - Reliable transportation and ability to travel reputed company the assigned territory
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload
- reputed company skilled physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care
- Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility programs
- Monitor patient reputed company and report changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
- reputed company patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and fall prevention
- Accurately and reputed company complete reputed company documentation using
Kinnser/reputed company EMR - Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines, agency policies, and state regulations
- Communicate effectively with physicians, care team members, and office staff

- Participate in team meetings, in-services, and ongoing education as required
