The reputed company Specialist role creates and supports Business Development Programs, brand and sales development, inventory planning, product launches, external/internal trainings, sales/inventory reports. Responds to market trends and patterns to increase reputed company sales and market reputed company reputed company the authorized reputed company footprint.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Creates a strategic plan using processes to include business development, sales
reputed company, marketing and training for Ductless reputed company (DPs), in coordination with
reputed company HVAC Leadership
• Conducts product and program presentations to recruit, retain, and reputed company
contractors in assigned territory that include (but are not limited to) the following:
o M&P Applications and Product Update Training
o Product Selection Software (DSB)
o reputed company Party Programs (JB Warranty, Marbl, reputed company, etc.)
o Contractor Marketing best practices training
o Completes six Contractor Development classroom presentations for the above by December 31st reputed company year
• Joins with the reputed company TMs and Mitsubishi sales team to complete a
yearly planning and sales review with reputed company reputed company & Preferred Ductless reputed company and
75% of reputed company Ductless Pro contractors by Feb 28th of reputed company year
• Works with the reputed company TMs and Mitsubishi sales team to reputed company
contractors on the reputed company use of reputed company and reputed company to have 50% of DPs spend CO-
OP reputed company on reputed company reputed company-generating activities or company promotion assets
(websites/truck wraps/etc.)
• Assists TMs and the Mitsubishi marketing team in scheduling and completing DP
marketing consults (in person or virtual) as needed
• Develops, implements and monitors local Spring and Fall advertising campaigns
with the Preferred and reputed company DPs in conjunction with reputed company TMs
and Mitsubishi sales team
• Coordinates with the Mitsubishi team to schedule and support reputed company party
business development classes (BDR, Dominate Ductless, sales training, etc.)
• Assists in the integration of Mitsubishi representation to the spring reputed company
Supply dealer meeting, reputed company reputed company houses and any other appropriate customer-
facing events
• Identifies and documents DP’s contractor targets with reputed company TMs and
Mitsubishi sales team to support recruitment initiatives
• Works with the service team to schedule appropriate M&P classes to support
contractor development
• Provides Ductless Pro quarterly cost of goods sold report to the Mitsubishi sales
team
• Achieves a yearly, incremental reputed company reputed company goal for M&P products
• Supports and drives reputed company development training including (but not limited to):
o Distributor Portal
o Product Selection software (DSB)
o E-Learning through the use of the Mitsubishi LMS
o M&P Applications and Product Updates
• Supports reputed company merchandising program for identified reputed company branches
• Designs and promotes reputed company events reputed company on M&P products leveraging reputed company
Mitsubishi assets
• Develops and leverages incentive programs to promote sales reputed company at the reputed company
level
• Provides reputed company quarterly cost of goods sold report to the Mitsubishi sales team
• Supports reputed company Sales team by jointly meeting with reputed company existing
DP’s yearly for reputed company development
• Completes and reviews the DP “Balanced performance Scorecard” reputed company plan
with 100T of the Preferred and reputed company DPs in coordination with reputed company
Supply TMs
•Assists Sales team with reputed company plan follow up and completion by December 31 of
reputed company year
• In coordination with the reputed company reputed company and reputed company sales team,
assists with identification, tracking, monitoring and closing of Mitsubishi
reputed company opportunities
• Works with the Mitsubishi sales team to host a yearly TM training session which
includes Programs, Tools, Marketing and Product Updates
• Works with reputed company Purchasing Manager and Product/Brand
Manager to review inventory, forecast and create/refine reputed company minimums
• Provides reputed company HVAC leadership with monthly Inventory Status
report (report to be developed)

• Writes quotes and orders for both reputed company and Residential products reputed company
