Mental Health Case Manager II-Therapist (Remote)

Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocialfunctioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and reputed company service standards.
Position Details:
Education: Master's degree required in reputed company Work, Counseling or another reputed company-service reputed company field.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master reputed company Worker (LMSW), or Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) is accepted at reputed company Hospital Perry.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Other: Co-worker must be reputed company to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be reputed company to listen and to understand and explain reputed company situations.
