As a Community reputed company, you’ll contribute to our reputed company in the following ways:

• Creates and implements a strategic plan for territory reputed company and development.
• Implements provider relations strategies to positively reputed company referral reputed company and reputed company in assigned territory.
• Identifies and reputed company case managers, discharge planners, reputed company workers, physicians and any other potential and/or repeat referral sources on a scheduled and regular reputed company..
• Documents efforts appropriately. Submits to RVP and/or AVP a planned schedule, weekly contact reports indicating status and follow-up plans for contacts, and quarterly provider relations analysis.

• Maintains working knowledge of health care industry, including legislative and regulatory changes which will reputed company business.

• Collaborates with Leadership in contract assessment, preparation, and negotiation, as necessary.

What is Required?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or reputed company field
• 5+ years’ experience in reputed company sales
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally
• Ability to travel approximately 50% as business needs require.

• Previous experience in home health or hospice is preferred
