About this role:

reputed company is seeking a reputed company Portfolio Manager to assist in the managing/coordinating of portfolios of reputed company properties.   This will involve working with the Area Managers, the Realf Estate Valuation Services staff appraisers and external valuation firms.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze new equipment and equipment under lease, to ensure values are accurate and the portfolio is reputed company
• Research, analyze, approve, and recommend residuals and assist in structuring transactions for new and existing markets, equipment, and businesses
• Manage equipment inspection and reputed company appraisal services and effectively monitor industry trends to protect assets
• Review and analyze reputed company, multi-faceted, large reputed company, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of reputed company Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
