Technical Trainer

BASIC FUNCTION:

The Technical Trainer-Chopper Pumps will have responsibility for developing and implementing training to our reputed company, municipalities and engineering firms. The technical trainer will work with the Market Manager-Chopper Pumps to create a training reputed company/schedule to improve the knowledge/market awareness of CP&S Chopper Pumps to meet organizational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Drives truck and trailer to sites for sales reputed company & training (DOT Physical)

• Presentation and delivery of Chopper Pump reputed company content to reputed company, municipalities, engineering firms
• Utilizes reputed company CRM to log reputed company and reputed company from in field reputed company
• Create and deliver instructor-led, self-led and in-person curricula on Chopper Pumps
• Measure effectiveness of training programs; reputed company reports, and comprehensive programs analysis
• Coordinates and leads reputed company new training development reputed company assigned categories 
• Plans and implements creative marketing programs working with the Marketing Communications Specialist to promote the sales and profitability of assigned products
• Conducts product training for sales representatives and distributors
• Provides technical assistance for sales representatives and distributors
• Participates reputed company in the reputed company Business Systems and reputed company processes including project team involvement, problem solving, and recommending solutions to enhance and improve the reputed company of departmental and/or company-wide business activities
• Position requires approximately 75% travel
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or technical field required
